Oz Cleaning Company began cleaning homes in Berkeley in 1986 out of a need for a more innovative and eco-friendly alternative and a desire for a healthier environment. Most cleaning companies offer conventional service which relies on toxic products which expose people, especially children, to an array of health consequences, from minor skin irritations to serious debilitating illnesses such as asthma.

Oz Cleaning Co. is a local Bay Area professional cleaning referral service, not a franchise, committed to environmental responsibility. We take enormous pride in the success of our business which is greatly due to the caliber of our professional cleaning personnel. In an industry that has a large turnover of staff, Oz proudly claims long term associations with our very steady pool of cleaners. We have also developed wonderful relationships with many of our clients over the years, some of whom have been with us since we began, almost twenty years ago.
